Have you consulted a physician? Sorry to hear you are dealing with this. I imagine it could be for a variety of reasons.
Do you meditate? Clean your aura? Done any purification or banishment workings? Worked with rune vibrations to clear?
I ask, because if there is a negative energy/entity suppressing you, blocking your reception, you would want to clear this, first.
I am fairly knew, but there are many wise members that will be able to elaborate and add to this response greatly.

Is it only spirituality that comes from Zevism, or also spirituality of other religions?
If it's only spirituality, it's most likely a subconscious blockage about this subject. Were you perhaps fed fear, when you were young, about matters related to spirituality?

Is it only spirituality that comes from Zevism, or also spirituality of other religions?

I would truly recommend both Deprogramming from Christianity and Islam and Opening the Mind from the Hall of Osiris (though the latter is T2 and might take you a while to acquire, it's very much worth the price and effort).
The article "Find Your Type: Meditation" states about the physical archetype: "Because their connection to the astral is not very strong, the initial stages of meditation can feel boring, pointless, or even physically uncomfortable." I know it refers to meditation in specific but perhaps it might be the case for spiritual studies as well. Though more likely, as others have stated, it's subconscious blocks, likely caused by past indoctrination/trauma.
