Hello Greetings.
I am so sorry to making you worried. im fine i think it is just that i will be not having any phone or computers for 2 months or so. But after that my dad said he will buy me a new phone and forget the old one. Still not be so private i think but things are going well. Thank you.

As I already suggested, focusing on sport or martial art can help you to go through your familial difficulties.
Living without electronic device is better, these things don't help to stay grounded.
Later, you have to learn how to crypt, protect or export your data, it was the beginning of your problems if I well understood.
