1.Okay maybe this will sound like a braindead question but i want an example of yoga session with all asanas that should be done with the exception of the inverted ones.
2.In the kundalini yoga pdf the second position is one where you need to stay on your laps.. where you need to say SAT-NAM in your mind, the thing is i cant really do it without the help of a pillow or something like that because the wrist of the leg sole begin to hurt and i want to know if there are other methods to do that position.
3. Do i really need to do the exact number? There are moments when i loose the number counting. (i want to know if there really a problem if i loose the number).
4. What really is Moola Bandha?

Do it on your bed. i do all the yoga on my bed and I don’t have any problems and if you can, just buy a yoga mat and it will be your greatest investment.

I'm 99% sure I read that the KY exercises can be done sitting in a chair, also. What is most important is the movements of your spine and the position of your arms.

If your ankles hurt only because you are doing it on hard ground, then there isnt really any danger to it from what I know. I switched to a hard surface for my yoga since 3 months ago, and within like 2 weeks I had gotten completely used to it. For the first couple days it hurt a lot to do it, but after that I got comfortable with the new surface.
Or you could get a yoga mat of course.
