Help with working to find a suitable companion?

Hello brothers and sisters,

My life has been very lonely. I became finally aware of my porn addiction and how it is wrecking my social life (whatever is left of it). I have become a keyboard jockey, feel extremely shy to even talk to females.

Going out partying to "pick up" women has never been my thing. I want to be in a relationship, experience and learn; not necessarily my ideal lover.

I was planning to combine Sowilo and Gebo rune to attract potential partners. Any suggestions,advice on working and affirmations would be helpful.
