help with drugs and alcohol

Now that I am a committed satanist I want to completely stop weed and alcohol I find it's very hard to stop completely but I have cut down even more. But I want to cut it out completely and I am not powerful enough to hear the gods speak or talk to them. How do I know if Satan has sent me a Demon to help me? Do you have to ask for help? or summon a demon through Satan? I think if he sent a demon that could move objects it would help a tonne because i could talk to it and stop me from doing those things. I'm not an alcoholic and i smoke weed every now and then but not more then once every 3 days. and my 3rd eye is blocked atm too. I cannot roll R's but ill be using a rune that Emily W showed me to unblock it hopefully i can get my 3rd eye open even if i cant roll the R i'm not sure if its even possible to do it without rolling the r so please give me some advice on what I should do.

I still have trouble with my r's at times too. Try saying the Spanish word "arriba" several times to get the feel for it. I sometimes take a shortcut so to speak. Now, keep in mind, the r should be rolled with the tongue at the front of the mouth. My shortcut for when my tongue won't do what I want it to is to make a "growl" with my uvula (that dangly thing at the back of your throat) while keeping my mouth in the r shape. Just keep practicing. You'll get it eventually. Hope this helps. Hail Satan!
