Hi, as I said before you can use the colors black, grey or even red(sudden accidents, violence, injuries). Best to use Black for Pluto or even Grey. Whatever color you intuitively feel is right for the black magick working.
For evoking the energy, sit and relax and get into a trance like state or VERY relaxed and focused. Eyes open or closed, Imagine Pluto, Feel it and after a while start to gather its energy and concentrate and direct it in front of you into a ball or something and then program it accordingly to your goal. Know in your mind that you are connecting with Pluto.
The brain is like a computer and the mind can and will connect to whatever you want it to. So don't feel as though you won't be able to connect with the planet though you are far away from it.
it probably would be easier to to continue using runes and then also while the enemy is asleep is best to do black magical workings against them because of course their energy is down and they are easily influenced. So if you do not use the energy of Pluto then put a grey and black aura around the person while they are sleep and then program accordingly and program his or her aura to attract misfortune or something like that. This should be repeated ideally.
if you don't mind me asking, has this hard person really wronged you? Just curious. You don't have to mention if you don't want to obviously.

What I have done so far, as the attack has already started during the hour of Saturn, Moon in Scorpio, is to use 2 runes against the enemy.
1) Eihwaz which corresponds with Pluto and rules over Death2) Nauthiz which corresponds with Saturn and bestows Hardship
I then visualize the enemy and visualize the rune burning into his skin.After that I affirm my intentions to program the energy.
Followed by extensive purification.

Well, there are not any Pluto mantras...that I know or has been mentioned but if you really want to work with plutonian energy then perhaps evoke its energy and direct it. But for insurance, I would work with grey or black energy(discord, chaos, confusion). This can easily be applied while the enemy sleeps and then you can program the color for his or her destruction. You can also vibrate runes for destruction too
But since you seem to want to work with plutonian energy then best to evoke it, not invoke, and then direct it for destruction.
