Help.head chakras confused

im confused about the pineal.i cant feel it so easy.or at all i dont know.do i need to focus at it?in body chakras i didnt had any probles and at thrid eye i was feeling it very much so that the greys got attacked me on my third eye.i also did that http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5K5A8AUw ... re=related and felt my pineal.:s
do i need to drive the energy/vibrate into the yellow/golden chakra?
