Heat

Hey there I m feeling intense heat,I have post in the group before,They said its kundalini..But i dont believe in kundalini's raising without dedicated efforts..I m looking for GD,Is there a chance I already have him/her,so i feel its heat?I dont know to use any ouja or pendulums.Are there any chilling meditations LOL?.This heat gets on my nerves,besides we have bad summers,where i live,so might have to sleep naked..)

It's possible that you did the "dedicated effort" before, even in your past lives and that's why your kundalini gets activated. The dedicated effort doesn't have always to be done now. That's exactly the reason why some people are born with psychic abilities, others do a simple power meditation and it awakens their psychic abilities and for others it takes years to do that.
