So right now, I am trying to "fix" my sleep cycle. It got screwed up bad where I basically slept all day Sunday (Ostara) and most of Monday during the daylight. I'm working on a sleeping time of 10pm/2200 to midnight, until 9am/0900.

it's..tricky. i have been cutting out caffiene, working on removing it completely from my intake..but I have been taking melatonin pills, 5mg a day, no more. i am laying down in between that time range, mostly because when I work it is not possible to be home and ready for bed before midnight.

i will take advice. yes, caffeine in the quantities i use to intake and still kinda do, is bad. ive been trying to avoid caffeine past lunch, and i have been using fruit (pineapple tastes great this season) and chakra meditation for waking up in the first place.

I'm just wanting a sleep schedule that works. I think about it a bit more and it seems like, no, it doesn't need to be permanent or set or a specific duration..but I do need sleep.

Melatonin is that bad? I didn't know. I also made the mistake of thinking another gland produced melatonin..whoops.

These next few nights are gonna blow but I'll do what I can. All I know is, work nights, I get home and done showering around midnight. Those are the earliest for those days. I hate retail "schedules"...

I think I can rework that affirmation to be something more along the lines of, getting enough sleep and able to match my work schedule. That might work.

Thanks for the prompt reply. A few other messages to other things have not gone through..damn retrograde.

I don't like this work schedule, but I cannot predict the work schedule of future jobs/positions..

and it's retail; they literally throw dice at a wall to see what time you get..sort of.

anyways, ok. I'll keep that in mind. I never though of "safe and healthy way" manifesting beyond what it was involved in.
