Hello.
I have a question that frustrates me a lot.
Are we supposed to ONLY do 40 days workings for healing?
The thing is I keep on having minor but very annoying issues (eg hurting my fingers in places that is difficult to heal because I use my fingers all the time, especially at my work).
But doing a 40 days working for each little thing seems like an overkill to me, especially since my time is limited and I don't want to keep adding things to my meditation routine.
However, if I do healing with a rune for a few days, and stop because I see the problem is gone, what if the problem returns because it looked like it was gone but it wasn't entirely, or because I didn't do for 40 days?
Am I just overthinking this?
