im having troubles following instructions with power meditation.. and feeling my chi..

How so following instructions?
Feeling energy takes time, and an open mind. Just starting off, you might not be sensitive enough, or, it might not be strong enough to feel. As in you can feel, but not at that sensitivity.continue empowering your chakra points and, when you can, your aura. You will start feeling the energy regularly.
It takes time, and is different for everyone; just keep at it, and an open mind.

like visualizing.. and i wonder sometimes if its working cause i cant feel anything at all
