Other Having trouble organizing my life

AvatarAsk Zeus Operator3 min to read

Ever since I moved right to my Uranus ascendant line (almost exact) a little more than a year ago for university studies, my life has been extremely unstable, in the sense that I am constantly changing plans about my near future (in terms of career, studies, big life decisions), and my mind has been super chaotic.

I really want to establish a routine/method for everything and systematize my life to stop my overthinking in order to maintain balance between meditation, university studies, spiritual studies, exercise, sleep, cooking, socializing, career projects, and all other life obligations, but I constantly find myself changing plans (mostly regarding career, studies) and ruminating on the manner in which I shall create this very "life system". Most of this rumination has gotten me nowhere in terms of real action-taking/implementation.

In other words, I want to create a system for my life in order to start making progress/maintain consistency (I don't see myself achieving anything without systems), but the amount of information out there on productivity/creating routines makes me stuck in analysis paralysis in terms of how to create these very systems.

For example, these are just some of the questions I find myself getting stuck on:

Should I plan each upcoming day, or week, or should I do multiple planning sessions, and when?

How many goals should I pursue at a time, when should I check my progress?

What is the best productivity system?

What is the best note-taking/journaling system for creativity?

What is the most effective way to learn this specific subject?

Are there optimal times for studying, are there times of day I shouldn't study?

What are the optimal times for exercise?

How do I balance everything in life while making progress?

I also catch myself constantly having thoughts about transferring to a university somewhere else and moving in general, in addition to my lack of commitment to one career goal.

Not to mention that my natal chart is very Neptunian, which makes me more prone to escapism, in addition to my dosha type being vata-dominant, making my mind and energy very scattered if I don't have routines in place. This matter is very crucial to me and I think finally overcoming this roadblock would greatly improve my life progress and finally rid me of mental havoc.

Sorry if this was a bit too much information in one post; I have a tendency to not ask for help until I am really struggling with something. Any resources relevant to my situation are appreciated and thank you for your time in advance.

Hail Zeus!
