ive read so much about the importance of these exercise sets my question now is when learning these exercises is one more important to start first or does it really matter.... i want to do all three of these but i am a beginner in power meditation...
does anybody have any advice as to which one would be best to "begin" with for beginners...

I did see the ten breath but that doesn't seem as pressing to me because imstill having trouble with some of the more basic breathing techniques and have been doing the alternate nostril breathing for the past week or so

I did see the ten breath but that doesn't seem as pressing to me because imstill having trouble with some of the more basic breathing techniques and have been doing the alternate nostril breathing for the past week or so
