So, I got the PDF for both the Hatha & Kundalini yoga poses, but my JOS 40 day program says to do each pose for 2 breaths, what exactly does that mean? In the document, it says hold this position for one minute, ext. Just kinda confused on how to go about this. Thanks guys.

You can ignore what the pdf says - those poses aren't meant to be forced. The 2 breaths thing.... well just do the pose and count your breathing. Inhale exhale inhale exhale = 2 breaths

The 1 minute etc. Is for people who already did this before.
As for 2 breaths, you get in the position, relax and take 1 breath, exhale, relax and take a 2nd breaths, exhale.
