Has anyone had this happen to them?

I've been getting like a sort of i dont know the right word for it it's like everything you see goes like a light redish orange color temporary then you see white spots then pitch black i had this with my eyes opened like when i'm just walking it happens or anything really also during excersice sometimes like sit ups speaking of excersice i will tell you how great our God EA is he helped me lose weight when i wasnt dedicated and i'm still losing weight in a good way .
I also feel like a vibration in my chakras when this eye sight thing happens so help would be necessary please
