Hand Circulation

Howdy howzy everybody!!! ? im here to ask a little question or two. (Btw i think ima be postin just here from now on cuz this site posts a lot more than the Teens one) Everybodys always complaining that its cold here but i dont really feel it, the only place i DO feel the cold is my hands and nose. Ofcourse my nose being super cold has to do something about keeping my air passage ways cold probably ? but ive been really concerned about my hands. My mom said that hand circulation has been pretty shit for many generations on her side of the family. Ide really love it if i could direct energy to/from/by my hands. I always like to try but still nothing. Anybody have some advise and assistance in what i can do to help my hand circulation, anyway that helps both my blood and energy circulation. I thank you a whole lot if you answer this. I LOVE YOU ALL AND I HOPE YOU ALL CAN BECOME POWERFUL AND HAPPY!!! ?
