How do I empower my hand chakras? I can't remember where I found the link on the JoS but it didn't work... If I simply missed where the official page was, a link would be appreciated.Thanks!

Thank you! Should I have opened any other chakras first? Do the minor chakras have to be opened in a specific order? I'm having trouble understanding steps 2-3... It says2. "Put your hands facing each other, fingertips almost touching and relaxed,"3. "With the pad of your thumb, press into the palm of each of your hands, right in the hollow part."I don't understand how I can have the pads of my thumbs touching the Centre of each hand, and keep step number 2? Or do I touch the centre of my hand with the thumb of the same hand? I'm a little confuzled...Thanks guys!

You will move your hands closer for a moment, just to do the thing with the pads, and then again, you will have your hands facing each other, fingertips almost touching etc.You will touch the center of one hand with the other hand's pad... Think of it like clapping. But you will not clap, you will just move the pad... agh... it's so hard to explain it in words. xD I hope you understood...
Regarding the chakras, it'd be ideal to do everything in order as the site says, but the hand chakras are not going to be affected if you haven't opened the main chakras. But the minor chakras would be good as well, in that way, there would be a good energy flow.
