half asleep dream

So I was half asleep—not fully asleep—I mean, I was fully aware of it, that I was half awake. I had an experience where I was in a house fighting some Entities (some of which looked like Greys) and some of which looked like humans, but they looked a bit terrifying. I remember fighting them, but one of them quickly grabbed me and I felt like a Sleep Paralysi experience. I didn't wake up from it until I called out the names of the gods.

I experienced this exactly two days after I had stopped my routine and preform rituals. Today, I've fully returned to my routine.

My question is, did I experience this because I was off, or does it mean something else, or was it just a dream or a subconscious mind?
