Couple typos there, but otherwise it's a pretty nice text. I write things like this as well, and write them down on paper as more formal prayers. One of them which I was particularly proud of I turned into a frame picture on the wall close to my altar.

If you want these to be more artistic rather than just honorary, do study more about artistic writing, there's plenty of good sources online.
