i realised that i need to start going to gym, i am not fat, or too skinny, and i wanto know if it is possible that i could use energy or something or help from demons to repair my muscles after ive gymed/ help my muscles to get bigger faster, thanks

Use the Rune Uruz and basically just eat protein, carbohydrate and some fat. Check the calorie intake you have to take and you're all set. Spiritually just keep raising your bioelectricity and keep meditating and it all adds up in a nice package.

I have used White and Blue energy to heal and rebuild my muscles and I have also thrown Red into the mix for power and strength. But with the dietary part, to get bigger you want to eat a lot of good carbs before your workout, because it give you energy, you need good fats but not to many of them. after a workout you need to take in a lot of protein and few carbs, the reason for this is if you ingest a lot of carbs after your workout your body will absorb the carbs before the protien and other nutrients and minerals, which slows down the muscles repair process. And if you are trying to cut up or just get smaller, you dont want a lot of carbs or fat, unless you use them, but you still want a lot of lean protein, and you dont have to use weights to get big or lose weight, body weight exercises are exellent because you can do them anywhere, anytime, and to make them harder just change the way you do the exercise, like changing the leverage. I strongly believe in body exercises. They give full body and functional strength. They give you real control over your body. I don't think one should rush to the gym first. People tend to think that power lies only in the big muscular feature which is not so. Most people only think of growing muscles very fast (like what you stated above) which i think is wrong. You should think of building up core strength. More so full body strength and i doubt the gym can give you this. Most times, working out in the gym only hit on some specific group of muscles. True power = strength, endurance, flexibilty and speed. Alot of people who work out only in the gym (and dont do body exercises or calisthenics) only have strength, little or no flexibilty. They may have endurance and speed but not as much as those who do body exercises. Note that this is only an advice.

Before starting training at the GYM, find out how many Calories your body need to substance its form.

when you found out how many calories you need per day (400+/day) you can start training.

Eat something good healthy 1-2 hours before training(No McDonald!.
Then train yourself and if you feel you're getting tired quick, try to tell you mind "You can do this" and Never back down. By pushing yourself I don't mean take higher weight but make more exercises, more reps. example: you can only lift 20lb do 3 sets of 20 times.(it's better to take less weight but more reps)

Choose a day when you train your upper body then lower body.
Example: Monday: Arms & Chest
Tuesday: Back and Biceps
Wednesday: Triceps & Legs
and so on!

If you don't follow that kind of example, you'll end up wasting your time with plateau effect which I experienced after 3 years of NO RESULTS at the GYM.


High sugar foods, and high carb foods, can be good for those looking to GAIN weight.

To build muscle you are going to have juice or other sugars then try to also eat protein, fiber, or fats which can help slow the digestion of the sugar, reducing risk of type II diabetes.(you shouldn't worry about diabetes if you meditates, work on 10 Tibetan breaths & yogi meditations from JOS yahoo link/files)

You make muscles not when you train but when you don't train. Yeah Those days when you don't workout, is when you need to eat a lot!! THIS IS THE SECRET TRICK FOR BUILDING MUSCLES

When taking water break, take at least 15-30 sec of break
Q: Foods that doesn't contain Sugar have calories?
A: even foods that do not contain sugar have calories! Calories can come from fat, protein, carbohydrates, sugars, and even alcohol.


Just to let you know, you HAVE TO WORKOUT 5days/7 NO MORE then 1h per day. If you train more, it won't help!!

and those 2 days off you'll have use Runes to repair you muscles and breath in blue/red color in!
