Group Ritual on Halloween.

I was wondering if we could preform a group ritual on the day of
Halloween October 31st. It could be that day of Samhain to say to
ourself that dead winter is coming. We could preform a ritual as a
group for protection and guidance on the long season of dead winter
and stay away from spooks and ghost and etc. We could also preform any
ritual of Consecrating and Empowering Ritual Tools!

Traditionally Samhain was for honoring the ancestors. Remembering the
dead. Our Gods are Our Ancestors, It is only fitting that each and
everyone should perform a thanksgiving on this date.
Its not about spooks and ghosts, its a time to give thanks for a good
harvest, and a time to take stock for the winter. And a time for
rememberance.
A group ritual for consecrating ritual tools I would not think would be
any more effective than when performed as an individual. These are your
own personal props, and are better consecrated by youself, in my
opinion.
