This mornings meditaion (UK Thu 4th 3am):

I started with the 3rd Eye meditation, as I am still continuing with
this, as I still feel there is more I can achieve. I was aware of
energy and could see quite clearly with eyes closed everything in the
room, it all had a glow to it. This gave a numb feeling to the area
of my Third eye on my forehead.
Next I performed the Opening of the Crown Chakra meditation. This
generated heat around my head. I also experienced a numbness at the
top of my head and a strong awareness of my pineal gland.
I followed this with the Magnum Opus Pineal Meditation, on performing
this I felt as if there was a Triangular link from my 3rd Eye, to my
Crown Chakra, to My Pineal Gland, and I could see this in my minds
eye.
My Astral Body is lightening and becoming clearer, the veil is
lifting so to speak.
I had some intense dreams last night also, which involved many
different animals , in a bizarre kind of "Safari Park", but the
animals where incredibly aggressive. In particular I remember a pack
of Hyena's, which I felt slightly threatened by.
The strangest thing I recall was Horses fighting Lions?
Today I have felt 10ft Tall all day. Nice feeling.

I just worked on the crown opening last night. I couldn't feel the
viberation to well in my crown or pineal though. Later on the top of
my head felt tingly and numb. I have a lot on my mind right now so
that might have to do with it not working out great. I have always
struggled with my crown though. Always seemed like the most difficult
chakra to work with for me.

Results:

Pleasure. I think it was the "ambrosia". It might have ended up in my
throat chakra as I sung along to "I Am the Highway" by Audioslave.

I remembered a dream.

My body felt more aligned with my mind. More fluid/clean/clear-motion
like. Feels good. Feels focused, determined. Allowing. The sermon I
wrote, it fells like what I was trying to say, but more, and deeper.
Felt taller too.

Pressure in my head afterwards. Side of head, sometimes on top front.

I felt more psychic.

Energy in head and "fits".

Other weird stuff.

For those who don't know about. On this page here, search for "ANOTHER
MEDITATION FOR THE STUDY, Wed Jun 28, 2006". It's a Crown Chakra
meditation that I had good results with when I did it.

Crystal,
The tingly/numb sensation you get on the top of your head is a strong
indication your meditation is working and that you are activating
your Crown Chakra. Take it as being very positive.

Thanks for the information Rev. Jonathon, I shall look into it.
Again I got the feeling of being taller. Had a couple of "psychic"
experiences today, finishing peoples sentences before they even say
them and such. Also, feel quite in tune with animals around me.
All positive stuff.

Yeah, that's why I was confused a bit. I didn't get that great of
vibrations but my head felt tingly. I'm thinking it was already open
from before. Cause I never had good results from the opening but I was
meditating on the crown one night and things went crazy. I felt all
sorts of out of it in the head. I think that may have opened it.
When I was meditating last night I felt it spinning and pressure as
soon as I focused on it so that is also good. Tonight I will try the
meditation that Jonathon_billing mentioned. Seems like that would work
nicely. Are you giving that one a try?

of Hyena's, which I felt slightly threatened by.
The strangest thing I recall was Horses fighting Lions?
Today I have felt 10ft Tall all day. Nice feeling.

Thanks for the link Rev. Jonathon.

I performed the meditation as recommended by Rev. Jonathon, and had
the most intense reaction to date probably.
My whole head was numb, completely numb. I could feel my crown chakra
spinning incredibly fast, and it seemed to suck energy into it as it
spun. The colours in my mind here vibrant and pulsed and swirled in a
magnificent kaleidascope. Violet was the most intense and visible of
the coulours, but white swirls where also evident within the swirling
mass. The violet was fringed with gold and indigo, Im assuming the
indigo was from my 3rd eye, the gold however was all the space in
between.
After 6 repetitions the pressure inside my head was so intense,
almost like my head would explode that i almost fell/collapsed and
was left panting heavilly. As soon as I had regained my composure, I
continued, the same thing happened on the second set of 6. I repeated
it a further five times, to make the 11 (although I had already done
Six first time - I sort of forgot I'd done it, the
energy/colours/vibrations, so mentally consuming all sense of
time/space/proportion was pushed far from my conciousness.
I meditated for a while following, just sat in the darkness with my
thoughts and impressions. My mind was still full of colour.
With my gaze set forward, and with the view from my 3rd Eye area
within the golden centre of the violet/indigo I was looking directly
at the most incredibly detailed and beautiful Peacock, surrounded by
brilliant white/gold. This was boardered with the indigo/violet but
also had a thin red fringe.
I held the vision for as long as it stayed/as long as I could, the
pressure inside my head still intense and quite overpowering. Its
almost like I cant remember what happened next in those brief moments
between seeing and not seeing.
When finished and got into bed, I was met with the ice cold feeling
that has started to become quite familiar and uncontrollable shivers.
Next thing I remember is waking from a dream (a very vivid one in
which their where alien space craft, strange looking vehicles, not
the kind you would normally imagine when thinking or picturing a UFO
or some such - I have seen vehicles similar to this in previous
dreams.)
All in all for me, a fabulous experience. Thank you Rev. Jonathon for
bringing this particular meditation to light.

I tried the one that Jonathon posted and it worked out pretty good. I
wore ear plugs so that I could get the vibrations in the crown. During
the meditation I didn't see much but I could feel a lot of pressure
and tingling. I felt pretty nice after words. Very calm. I had some
odd dreams but I don't remember them clearly. Now today, my head hurts
bad. I have this whole pressure around my head.

Yeah, that's why I was confused a bit. I didn't get that great of
vibrations but my head felt tingly. I'm thinking it was already open
from before. Cause I never had good results from the opening but I was
meditating on the crown one night and things went crazy. I felt all
sorts of out of it in the head. I think that may have opened it.
When I was meditating last night I felt it spinning and pressure as
soon as I focused on it so that is also good. Tonight I will try the

The tingly/numb sensation you get on the top of your head is a strong
indication your meditation is working and that you are activating

Your experience is rather interesting.

IIRC when I first did the ENKI meditation it felt like a flower had
opening up on/in my head/crown chakra.

I just tried it too,just to test it and it feels great!Tonight I will
do it again but with more focus and concentration.
I'm having a natural high along with some feeling of bliss.
I have an extreme numbness/pressure on my crown chakra.
I also feel some pressure and a little pain in the back of my neck
just a little down from where my throat chakra is.I don't really know
what it is,could be just energy or something.

Next thing I remember is waking from a dream (a very vivid one in
which their where alien space craft, strange looking vehicles, not
the kind you would normally imagine when thinking or picturing a UFO
or some such - I have seen vehicles similar to this in previous
dreams.)

Today I have felt 10ft Tall all day. Nice feeling.

Results:

Heat. Lightness inside but pressure on the skull. Pressure and
lightness at the same time.

With the heat, it came in "waves" and went towards my hands. I did
feel heat on the bottom of my left foot.

My whole head was numb, completely numb. I could feel my crown chakra

With my gaze set forward, and with the view from my 3rd Eye area
within the golden centre of the violet/indigo I was looking directly
at the most incredibly detailed and beautiful Peacock, surrounded by
brilliant white/gold. This was boardered with the indigo/violet but
also had a thin red fringe.
I held the vision for as long as it stayed/as long as I could, the
pressure inside my head still intense and quite overpowering. Its
almost like I cant remember what happened next in those brief moments
between seeing and not seeing.
When finished and got into bed, I was met with the ice cold feeling
that has started to become quite familiar and uncontrollable shivers.

My results where very similar to yours last night Rev. Jonathon. My
face became quite hot. Hands also. Did'nt notice anything with my
feet, but I sit crossed legged so normally I can't feel them anyway.
Head pressure has lasted all through today, not a headache as such,
but as you say pressure.
Strange dreams again last night/this morning, I was back at school,
myself Im nearly 33, and I was in a class with loads of school
kids....really odd, I was older than the teachers. There was alot
more to it, but I don't think it bears much relevance. But saying
that, my dreams are so much more vivid and "real", and recalling them
is effortless. Funny thing, I was thinking of the member Eleutherios
earlier today, and behold He's back on the main JOS Group, Psychic?
The ENKI meditation is very powerfull.

Yes, I think that would be something psychic. Interesting.

Results:

And odd feeling on the top front of my head(over frontal lobes). It's
like energy is active there.

Sexual energy in perineum, I rocked my pelvis back and forward.
Whereas normally it's my head that has to be moved about. This might
be due to me using the Kundalini runes, but the feeling happened after
the pineal/crown meditation.

A weird "displacement". It's like I sometimes slightly move out of my
body, or maybe it has something to do with the aura. It's been
happening on other nights, but I just remember to add it now.

[Not sure if this will help anyone, but it may help to "sink" into the
pineal gland, instead of looking/feeling it from the outside in. Have
your consciousness centered in the gland. I think it enable one to
notice more things that happen due to the meditation, but you also
have to keep the mind fully in the here and now.]

The strangest thing I recall was Horses fighting
Lions?
Today I have felt 10ft Tall all day. Nice feeling.

Your dreams could be a vision that could happen in reality or in the future.It happens to lots of people.My friend told me and my other friend Jahlani that he had a dream where Jahlani was chasing his sister down the stairs and he fell because he was running down the stair really fast and he was also very angry at her sister for some reason.Then in the evening , Jahlani told me that my other friends dream was very real it happened exactly as what he told us.He was mad at his sister because she was bugging him while he was playing his game boy and she stole it from him and ran down the stairs.he chased her really fast and fell down from the stair and couple of minutes he was fine.So even my other fiends have similar dream that gives clue of what happens in the future. I'm not sure but when you meditate and felt the pressure , you might had visions.You might be able to recall the dream by preforming different exercise or meditation that might gives you a headache.

My whole head was numb, completely numb. I could feel my crown
chakra

with my
thoughts and impressions. My mind was still full of colour.
With my gaze set forward, and with the view from my 3rd Eye
area
within the golden centre of the violet/indigo I was looking
directly
at the most incredibly detailed and beautiful Peacock,
surrounded by
brilliant white/gold. This was boardered with the indigo/violet
but
also had a thin red fringe.
I held the vision for as long as it stayed/as long as I could,
the
pressure inside my head still intense and quite overpowering.
Its
almost like I cant remember what happened next in those brief
moments
between seeing and not seeing.
When finished and got into bed, I was met with the ice cold
feeling
that has started to become quite familiar and uncontrollable
shivers.
Next thing I remember is waking from a dream (a very vivid one
in
which their where alien space craft, strange looking vehicles,
not
the kind you would normally imagine when thinking or picturing
a UFO
or some such - I have seen vehicles similar to this in previous
dreams.)
All in all for me, a fabulous experience. Thank you Rev.

Last night I used ear plugs. For me this dampened
sensations/feelings/results as I had a constant awareness of the
sound of blood coursing within my ears.
That said, however, on completion of the meditation, I felt very
dissplaced (again similar to Rev. Jonathon's experience).
My dreams on the other hand where nothing short of "fabulous". I
found today all I have wanted to do is sleep, as my dreams have taken
on a true reality of their own. I dream as soon as I fall asleep, and
can also re-enter dreams, which is very interesting.
I have also found a consistenecy in the place that I am visiting in
my dreams. It is a huge city, vast. It is a city I know, but 10 maybe
20 times the size. Some places are familiar, but different.

Whereas normally it's my head that has to be moved about. This might
be due to me using the Kundalini runes, but the feeling happened

body, or maybe it has something to do with the aura. It's been
happening on other nights, but I just remember to add it now.

like energy is active there.

Sexual energy in perineum, I rocked my pelvis back and forward.

A weird "displacement". It's like I sometimes slightly move out

body, or maybe it has something to do with the aura. It's been
