For me I do it all the time and I have no problems except the feeling of it being sticky(sorry for the 3rd grade word but it's true) to you. Also you may get more energy accumulated but there are thoughts of death and destruction also sometimes if you're not careful in controlling it can cause hallucinations but if you have under control then you should be fine. Note: if a novice don't ever try it until you learn the cleanse meditation and spell just in case.
