I've made quite great progression since I joined you guys. Thanks a lot.
I specifically want to thank @Hp. Hoodedcobra666 @Blitzkreig [JG] @AFODO @HPS Lydia @Power of Justice [JG] for your posts, your replies to my posts, and for helping me to advance. There are many others who have helped me, thanks to you too. I've done runes in various situations and helped myself. Also, I used simple magics for some situations too (I'm still not so adept haha)

So I seem to think, the further I advanced, the harder it became to climb to the next stage. I won't say harder, it takes more time. Also, let's say I practiced a skill for some days, then I moved on to another and practice that for a few days. Then when I try that old skill, it becomes a bit harder to do that, (it's almost like if I don't polish a shoe for some days, it loses its polish. I need to polish it again to wear it). It doesn't become that hard that I can't do that anymore, I just need to polish a bit to perform that skill again. So at what stage I won't have this trouble anymore?

Also, does the ability to advance decrease as we grow older. For instance, would the ability to advance be lower for a 60/80 year old man than a man of 30/40 years old? Will it get tougher as I grow older?

I also noticed that if I sleep less for my exam studies, meditations, concentrating, visualizing becomes tougher, at what stage of advancement I won't face these troubles?

Thank you.

I'm not one of these Noble People you mentioned, but I wanted to tell you three things anyway, but they are just my considerations, take them as such.

1) If you train on a specific spiritual skill, allow time for the progress of that new skill to register in your soul, usually this process lasts 40 days. So at least keep yourself consistent for at least 40 day sets. Don't move from one thing to another too quickly. And give yourself time to develop this skill.

2) Stop focusing on thoughts like: "will I be able to do it?", "but what if, with age, I have this problem?" and anything could go wrong for you; fixing your mind on a problem helps to create it and manifest it in reality. You're basically putting your Ki into it. If you do martial arts you know that Ki is vital energy and moves through concentration. So don't worry about these problems.

3) Try to rest, if you really can't due to too much studying, try not to overdo it too much. You need to stay healthy first. Your mind is biological and needs sleep. It is also normal that some mental activities can be more difficult if you don't give yourself time to rest. Be constant in your meditation and study activities, but don't kill your brain. Doing your best doesn't mean feeling bad, there is something in between. Also because if you don't rest well all types of performance, even those related to study, will be affected. So manage your time better rather than depriving yourself of your needs.

So: 1) Be consistent and keep things moving forward without letting them atrophy 2) Don't worry or focus on negative possibilities 3) Don't neglect your biological needs.
