Going Into A Trance.

Can someone help me? I don't have a hard time going into a trance, it only becomes difficult for me while im sitting up with my spine straight, other than that I can go into a trance of any deepness, and ive been trying to do it sitting up for a few months, but cant seem to do it, any advice anyone?

You don't have to od trance in any specific position. Just make sure you don't fall asleep. The key here is to be relaxed and don't strain yourself.
