Getting in a trance.

So Im trying to work on my trance and I have the breathing down wonderfully. I dont even need to think about that anymore. The only hard part Im having trouble with is basically getting my body to relax so I dont feel it anymore. I know it everyone varies in things like this and how long it takes, but Ive been trying for about two hours now and I feel like I may be doing something wrong. Im a very aware person and I have a hard time relaxing. Lol, Idk if I even know what relaxing feels like really :P. Any suggestions to help relax?
