How can you care about someone when they are so different from you to the point of hostility, biologically, traditionally, whatever.
Men do not have any value, other than some shekel or dollar value. Oh and yes, “human rights”. The “right to life”. And what life do all the above bring. A meaningless life of materliasm and crap. Totally devoid of any spirituality or higher purpose, other than the replication and “advancement” of matter itself. This has reached a point where humans are becoming more and more diseased creatures, weaker by the day, while the supposed "evolution of matter" is simply fucking up the whole of the planet, aside with humankind.
