How do I connect to my guardian demon? I would Love to know how.

You can't contact a Demon/ess for chit chat. All of the Daemons of Elysium are busy.

If you know who your Guardian is, then use an oujia board, summon him/her, or use a pendulum. If you don't know who your Guardian is, then keep meditating and empowering yourself. S/he will come to you when you are ready.
