Ι am a depressed too. But I opened it and I keep trying. Don't think that you are depressed it doesn't matter. Just do what you have to do and control your mind. Only your mind keeps you away from your goals.

You can open a chakra but that doesn’t mean it’s fully empowered. Spiritual advancement is personal. It can take days, weeks, months or even years. Some of us have empowered our chakras in the past life.
