We live in a world where we are often told that we are free, but are we really free?
What is freedom exactly? The freedom to choose, to think, to act and to express yourself, you might say in a few examples.
But in this world that we live in are we really free to actually do that?
The answer is more complicated depending on where you are from, your childhood, group of friends, co-workers and so on. The environment in which we live dictates in most part our degree of freedom.
And we are also people with very different features. Some more confident, some more shy, some ambitious and some more conservative or retreated in some way.
But what is really freedom if those above are something else other than being free? Does your childhood experiences and traumas dictate what you choose to wear? What you choose to eat? With whom you choose to talk? Who you avoid contact with?
If that's so, you aren't really free. You are trapped in a prison made from past experiences and traumas, keeping you away from seeing thing from a different angle, keeping you.. afraid, blocked, stranded.
Do your friends, co-workers and maybe everyone else that offers you attention have power over your choices, desires and thoughts? Are you often hiding yourself from other people because you are afraid of being rejected, abandoned, judged and so on?
Then you are not free again. It might be hang-ups, it might be traumas, or a weak sense of self.
Whatever it is, it stops you from reaching your true potential. From reaching fulfillment and happiness.
But how do you achieve freedom while faced with this constant oppression from the world we live?
How do you express your potential revolutionary ideas when the world tries to mute every single word you speak?
How do you take action when "worldly matters" cage you like a lab rat?
How do you stop the never ending criticism or do you face it when it comes to it?
Is your "self" constantly blocked by unfortunate events in your life and by other people?
How do you escape or fight this nightmare?
The answer may differ in words as you ask different people with different ideas and different features.
But at the base, freedom first comes from within, growing to a point where it starts making itself heard more and more as it reaches the outside world. Other people, karma, luck, financial status, social status and many many more matters get affected by what happens within you. Everything gets affected as you free yourself more and more from all the oppression this world has put on you. You will be faster, more skilled, braver, more intuitive and more aware.
The first step in attaining and growing more freedom is to clean your soul and balance it. I know some of you even forget about female chakras when it comes to it. But they are as important as the male chakras in their own way. Without them we will act very strange and we will usually end up being influenced by whatever has those chakras stronger.
Balancing your soul requires cleaning both male and female chakras and your heart chakra. Its important that you focus on all 7 of them, because usually issues aren't just in one chakra. I personally noticed many times that traumas, bindings and even thoughtforms can extend and will extend to most chakras. Very often it doesnt matter that the chakras are male or female, if you leave some of them untouched some issues will persist and come back. We must accept our masculine nature and as well our feminine nature. They are meant to work together, not apart.
We must get rid of sexual hang-ups as well. Sexuality is an important part in us and having it poor is no good idea. Poor sexuality leads to low vitality levels, leads to illness. Not taking care of the sexual side leads to very bad habits like masturbating on porn, pedophilia, rape and many other issues. The worse sexuality is the worse we end up expressing it.
