Free Masons

I've read some about the Free Masons through some of the postings here on the web group. I am very interested in learning as much as possible about this society. My grandfather was a 50 year 3rd degree free mason. I have been fortunate enough not to have been indoctrinated into Christianity and I can't help but feel like my grandfather played a part in this. There were never Christian religious symbols or conversation at my maternal grandparents home. We just never discussed it. When my grandfather died we did not have his funeral in a church. As typical with free masons in good standing, brothers of his lodge did their secret stuff? after everyone had left the graveside. He is buried in a portioning the graveyard reserved for just masons. I would just like some sources to read and learn more about free masons. I have always held my grandfather in high esteem, but if I knew more about that aspect of his life it would help me to better understand what type of man he was. My grandmother and mom participated in the womens portion of his lodge. I also have all of his Masonic jewelry. I didn't know if these items would have any energy embedded in them. Any information, books, online material, personal knowledge would be very helpful. Just wanna learn as much about it as possible. Hail Satan
