I was wondering if food cravings have anything to do with our chakras or imbalances in them. I've seen herbs that are said to help with cravings like there's one that helps curb sugar cravings. However, I'm wondering if the pill can be skipped and just work through the chakras. That is, if the two have anything to do with each other.
