Here is something else...be warned, this is very powerful. Just try this and you will see for yourself how the standard traditional chants for the chakras 'lam' vam' and of course, that 'ohm' have all been corrupted. Lilith gave this to me. I do 7 vibrations for each of the seven chakras:

Base Chakra: Laum, vibrated as LLAHHH – UUU – MMM*
Sacral Chakra: Vaum, vibrated as VAHHH – UUU – MMM
Solar Plexus '666' Chakra: Raum, vibrated as RAHHH – UUU – MMM**
Heart Chakra: Yaum, vibrated as YYAHHH – UUU – MMM
Throat Chakra: Haum, vibrated as HAHHH – UUU – MMM
Sixth Chakra: Aum, vibrated as AHHH – UUU – MMM
Seventh Chakra: Maum, vibrated as MMAHHH – UUU – MMM

Yes. They do sound like vaccume.

The U's should be dragged out (vibrated). Try make each sound equal length of the exhale.

For example Laum; "Llll Ahhh Uuuu(oooo) Mmmm"

A good practice for learning vibrations is to practice what you were taught back in primery school when learning the alphabet. What sound does each letter make? A=figure of the past U=Ooo M=mmm ect. However it is important to note (and Pythia points this out) that some letters are pronounced different than the English way (R's are rolled, D's are a TH sort of sound, G and K are more guteral at the back of the throat).
