Five Tibetan Rites

I've added the Five Tibetan Rites yoga along with my Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, and been continuing for about 3 weeks now.

My question is, because I see some different information:

In the first Rite, where you stand up with the arms straight out to the sides with palms down, and you spin, do you spin clockwise or counterclockwise? Or does it really matter? The Five Tibetan Rites file in the egroups has you spin counterclockwise, while the link in the Advanced Satanism/Resources/Five Tibetan Rites page on Joy Of Satan has you spin clockwise.

I've been spinning clockwise. I don't feel anything bad, I actually feel pretty good, my working out in the gym has made me adapt to the increase in bioelectricity though I am still careful to not jump far ahead.

I am curious because this is similar to my question in the past about the chakras, which direction to spin them.

I really appreciate the feedback :)

..Hail Satan!! If i am wrong here i wish any HP's to correct me, but in my experience, the spining -same as the chakras-- is what is comfortable and naturally comes to you. some feel chakras spin one way, and then others feel the chakras spin opposite. My point is--what you "feel" when you do tibetan rites {and by the way i love them} is individual--we are not all the same. What one person experience does not mean you must experience. This is only my opinion.

I've asked this question myself and I have found that spinning clockwise is best for the first rite.
