Finding the Pineal Gland

For those of you who have trouble finding the pineal gland, a good way of approximating it's location is through vibrating GAUM. When the G of GAUM is properly vibrated in the back of the throat, you will feel the vibration hitting the pineal as well.

Just a note, the meditation provided in the link is not for newbies but by highlighting the use of G to find the pineal, this is tremendous help for all newbies in the present and future.
