Finding it deficult to clean my aura

Continue to do the meditations but dont get mad thats only makeing it harder on yourself go back to basic meditations and work up

  I realy need help on this, i tried evering on my own but could'nt get there Before my dedication i use to visualize the sun/white light very easly when cleaning my aura even breathing in energy from the sun for protection infact i visualize very easly and i enjoy sunlight so much, is like not to come out of the meditation ever cause it stimulate all my body, charg them and make me feel good, even after dedicating i still visualize easly then at some point it stop when i was planing to relocate to another area till i relocated i can no longer visualize sun/white light in my meditation and am so angry and scared if i can ever get it back again just like it is befor, i need them back. Any help? I still do aura of proctection and clean them dearly but the sun/white light am seen now is not effective infact am forcing it, am puching myself too much and still not making progress. But i can visualize other things very well my problem is just the sun/white light, i love them too much. Can anyone tell me what is corsing this so i can avoid and not make the mistake again, i realy need them back.
