After doing elements meditation l often feel something like live aura. Where my energy around me behave like when Demon is touching me. And when l sitting in the lotus position I start to gently swinging back and fort. This is something which is happening every time I sitting I lotus position. And one more thing, for some reason my third eye become very active in the last two weeks. I can feel him and l started to seeing some energy swirling here and there. Anyone with similar situation?
