So recently I been doing a lot better with doing daily meditations and I was feeling a lot better because my energy levels were increasing. But I drained myself because I was getting pissed. And at the time it seemed like a good reason to be pissed off. For about 10 hours my anger kept increasing to where I even confronted the person. It was a dumb reason to be as pissed off as I was now that I think about it.
I'm not going to go into detail of what the reason was but I just want to tell people that don't know that this can be a tactic the enemy uses to drain your energy and weaken you. I feel fine now after doing a energy meditation but just keep in mind the enemy will always try and find new ways to fuck you up. They will even make you think they aren't messing with you so you will let your guard down.
