Well how about you start with the details of the symptoms? body parts, severity of surges, heat, emotions, thoughts, etc...
Be a little more specific, jerks and twitches can be caused by alot of things.

Not only opened base chakra...it could be anything. It could be a demon visiting (gives you kundalini surges) or something else. There are many reasons. You have to find out for your self.
