I know a lot us here use facebook. I'm also sure most know better than to provide information, like your actual location, birth date and name etc etc. I wanted to be a friendly reminder though, that facebook is a tool of the enemy:

That youtube video is called The Truth About Facebook, anyone who has not seen it, I highly recommend seeing it. Facebook does more than sell out user information to third companies, they also have ties with C.I.A and profile their users. We are a threat to the enemy, things like facebook makes it easier to track us.
Also, about yahoo accounts. When account is made with yahoo, the user is automatically "opted in." This means they can track your net activities and save the information to whore out. Any yahoo account can be opted out though:

Google's email service, gmail, scans every email sent and received by their users. They definitely have a disregard for their user's privacy.
The internet is one of the biggest tools we have, a big brother is constantly looking for ways to monitor us, and hinder our net-freedom. There are ways to fight back, don't volunteer any more information than you need to. -Audry(ilms)
