Extreme dizzyness

Hey do any of you guys ever experience extreme but fleetig
dizzyness that seems to be concentrated where the ajna chakra
is located while in deep meditation? Sometimes it happens during
waking conciousness if I experiene dejavu or something like that.

I only get dizzy when i use to practice a trance. now it only happens if some idiot decides to call me during my meditation. and i'm in a deep trance.
