I'm trying telekinesis with my hand chakras by pushing on aluminum foil after several days of practicing the Ancient Egyptian hand chakra strengthening meditation.

I've noticed my energy is focusing on the target, and I'm getting some results from moving my hands.

I've also tried the Temple of Zeus telekinesis exercise and the telekinetic wheel. Cobra told me it's a challenging task, but entirely possible.

I noticed hands chakras are connected to 3rd Chakra, and for hands Siddhis you need also the chakras of shoulders, armpits and arms open.

I haven't awakened it yet. I take the awakening of the Kundalini extremely seriously and have no illusions about it.

Are you asking this because you're looking for information on the Kundalini?

That's really neat, I hope you succeed! I've tried for fun but never got results. I was told that telekinesis was a waste of time and many in the past claimed they were distractions to our ascension. I can sorta see both POVs on this tbh.

Vicky you want time to succeed in telekinesis, its not for beginners if you check you will see its in advanced section of the meditations.

That's kind of my point. There's a guy on YT called Treborseven who's been doing psychokinesis for probably abouy 20 years now, and compared to most people what he's capable of is impressive.... but in regards to practicality? 20 years to move small objects? That's assuming he's actually legit, which he could be as far as I can tell. 20 years is a long time just to develop cool party tricks imo. It's useful if you're willing to learn things like TK under a microscope, metaphorically of course.

If you work wisely on yourself and meditate in the right manner. You will get this ability much earlier with ToZ. Btw I dont think that you need this ability, just a useless spending of the time working on it i think.

Keep going, I've started seeing strange flashes of blinding, intermittent light when I close my eyes. I don't know what it is. Also, when I focus hard enough on an object, I see a well-defined halo. I think this is the aura, but I still see it as transparent, I still don't see any color, except when I focused on Father Zeus's shenu ring, I saw an intense blue halo around it. I am also completing the 6-month program and while I was doing the complete meditation on each of my chakras and using the mantras I chose, I chose those from the Necronomicon, suddenly the chandelier above my head began to flicker. I don't know if it was a coincidence or a drop in voltage, it flickered very little, but it only happened while I was repeating the mantras and I felt an enormous amount of energy in my body.

The object must become "part" of your body, so first try to feel the aluminum foil as it is a part of you, like another hand, but it is the aluminum foil. After this focus on the surrounding air of the aluminum foil, and that air is part of you now. And as how you move your arm that is part of you, you move the item. Yet this is only one method and requires expansion and training of spiritual bodies and mind.

How do you move your finger? In the same manner you can move all else. But as you cannot lift 300 kgs with one hand, you cannot suddenly move something considerable around, not only psychological but fundamental reflective of ones strength of astral body.

Best also use non-plastic items, use cotton, organic conductive alive materials are needed, not plastic, not minerals, not paper even. Be mindful also of your internal resources of male and female energies and practice Alternate Nostril and balance here daily and replenishing the energy you exert.

On the telekinesis page, HPS Pythia explained that quartz crystals can be used for telekinesis training because they have a naturally stronger aura and are easier to use at first if they are lighter stones.

First, you have to check that the video isn't fake. Now, thanks to special effects, AI, and who knows what other tricks, in my opinion, the number of real videos is being camouflaged by the fakes.
