Evilgoy timer Romania

The evil goy in Romania isn't as it was set to count 0 at 2 pm 4 pm 6 pm and so on but now it's at 1 pm 3 pm 5 pm etc...
Should i use the old hours or just doing it as the timer counts 0 in the new hours?

This is because of daylight savings. Use the timer.
