Everything about using a Ouija Board

A group of friends and I played on the ouija board that we made or fun, it was the first time is ever done it, and turns out this stuff is pretty legit. I don't know if it's bad, but I want to make my own personal board that I can play by myself, because everyone is too under the influence all the time to play properly. Or maybe there's a few people in Brisbane I could meet up with and get to know, and we can have Ouija sessions? Haha.

Anyway, a few of my mates are concerned, and my partner is worried about having two ouija boards and me doing it by myself. I just want to know everything there is about the rules, how you can tell if the spirit/demon is lying, how do I contact a demon through the ouija and is it safe to, seeing as that last 3 nights it has been spirits.

There was a bad spirit on the first night. This happened after 3am, but one out of 6 spirits was protecting us (that's what it said. We asked very thorough questions), I was wondering what the more higher risk times are too? I'm really into this, but I want to do it right. I know Father will protect me, but I don't want it to be because I said the wrong things because I haven had proper guidance on how to use it
