oh yes, i cleaned what i could, but today was..limited. and it sucked. i had been doing fine in directing energy the past few weeks, but today..whatever chakra i focused on felt like a tight muscle, unyielding. cleaning was tricky as i could barely focus or move energy, at all..
idk what caused it. i seem to be fine tonight. anyone else had these?
