Establishing a connection with our highest self

Hello again wonderful family of the Gods, I have a question that just popped into my head as i write this. The question is this, how does one go about Reaching out and communicating with their highest self or inner Daimon i think others have referred to for the title of our highest-self within us. I wish to open this connection to my highest-self so that i can essentially become aligned with the best version of myself that is possible, or rather build a foundation to becoming the best me that is possible. This could also help everyone as well in the future who sees this and it would be wonderful for all to be able to do this, we must become the best version of ourselves on this path so that we can help not just ourselves but others on the path as well.

Trance

Very succinct answer, thank you. Trance it is, now how deep a Trance state? I can only get into a light Trance state at the moment but i will keep practicing if it requires deeper states to accomplish this. Also it would probably be good to get into a deeper trance state to begin with over time i would surmise? Anyways Thank you Brother/Sister, may you be blessed forevermore.

You are your highest self this very moment, if you meditated and worked on yourself today, tomorrow you will be a higher self.

Dapper the trance better it is. When you are in trance you can ask questions to your higher self and understand the answers.

I look forward to reaching that deep trance state, for now though i will continue going along as i have been doing. consistency now that i have picked it back up has been very positive overall. When i get that feeling to add more to the meditations i will do so. Thanks again Fiery Pluto.
