Donation and emails not going through

I have made a donation with an identifier of #a565dc but when I type it in, it does not accept it. I have e-mailed a few people and only had one response that they are incapable of checking as they don't have access, so I am asking here. The date was June 27th of this year and the e-mail my donation is associated with is [email protected]

I cannot continue to donate if I don't know if it is being accepted.

Wrong ID, simple. When I have donated, there have been two ID's, and only one of them is the blockchain ID. That is the one you want to type/copy in there.
