Does satan believe in saving everyone's soul

Hopefully yes. But it is not the Gods who come in and rescue people. It is the people who must choose to do the work to rescue themselves. And if the people are working, then the Gods are helping them to succeed. Hopefully all people will participate in building themselves to become better and greater.

We save ourselves by spiritually advancing. Not everyone is going to agree with us or Satan or be an Zevism and there will be many people suffer and die out of stupidity and lack of spiritual knowledge sadly. It's very rare cases that the gods just come in and 'Save' someone from Soul death or something along those lines. They don't want us to die but they don't want us to be weak and dependent on others also.

He know's this is an impossible and pointless ideal, but probably wishes it was the case that every soul could be "saved," as you put it.

I am not in position to tell what Satan thinks on His behalf, and i had no direct answers on this matter.
What I perceive personally is, there would be some losses to save the most part of people. Some people are really beyond repair as facts like pedophilia, rapism, violence, murder for no reason, etc. destroyed some souls to the point they are rotten or too much linked to the enemy aliens.
Is an hospital able to save all people? No, but most. A small part of them are doomed and we as Spiritual "hospital" can do our best for the majority of people. Not all, I believe.
