Do people actually feel white guilt? is that actually a thing? I think its just virtue signalling mental mastrbation that affects the weaker.

As suggested in the title, I dont think any significant amount of the white population actually experiences feelings of white guilt, I think its more of an attention seeking virtue signaling behaviour.

I think some people actually do but it's in the minority not the majority as people seem to be waking up and speaking out against this kind of stuff.
