Years ago Satan gifted me with a talent for boxing
Can you explain this point further? What do you mean happened?
If i want to become a boxer, do i need to love it to succeed?
I think loving something is very useful to understand its importance and be willing to improve in it. Some time ago I asked Anubis what I should do to advance, he said: "love yourself more". It's like this: if you love something in your life, you will tend to take care of that thing.
Or can i succeed without a love?
You can be successful in something without actually loving it at the moment. Maybe because you are naturally gifted. I excel in sports, I am really good at all sports, but I don't play sports and I don't have time for these things because I already dedicate two hours a day to martial arts training. But I have great talent for all sports.
Explore the thing. What you don't like now, doesn't mean you won't like it in the future. I practice Muay Boran, a beautiful martial art that is more effective than Kung Fu (Kung Fu practitioners lost to Muay Boran practitioners in the past fight during history).
I have always hated the sport part of Muay Boran, namely Muay Thai (the difference between martial art and combat sport is that martial art is effective everywhere and against everyone, while combat sport is only effective in the ring against one physically similar to you, in addition to all the rules and restrictions).
Over the years I have always reluctantly done Muay Thai training because I hated it, while I never missed a single Muay Boran class. After much reflection and practicing sparring, I realized that I also liked the sport combat part.
It was a way for me to compete on equal terms (i.e. with the same techniques) against a bigger opponent (usually in combat sports everyone is of similar weight and height, but we don't have that part because we have to get used to the fact that we will never know who we will be facing) in a fight that is not destined to end immediately (for example if I used secret techniques of Muay Boran or forbidden techniques of Muay Lert Rit, the military part, the fight would be over in a few seconds).
Moral of the story? I really LOVE Muay Thai now! And I swear it seemed like it would never stop to be hated by me, and instead i really enjoy it! Explore the things you are naturally good at because they might turn out to be interesting over time.
